Creates and maintains working relationships with a variety of networks to develop resources, negotiate and administer contracts, and solicit community support.

Guides the management team and staff to ensure quality treatment, adherence with regulations, and overall effectiveness of treatment programs

Ensures monthly and yearly performance goals, both financial and operational, are met by the various treatment programs

Continually builds and maintains relationship with staff which has resulted in minimal turnover
