This included Frame-relay, MLPPP to MPLS / Bandwidth / IOS upgrades. Oversaw the successful migration of over 2400 devices during the WIN and OneNet projects.

Developed the timelines for the onsite technicians & engineers weekly to ensure the successful migration of the sites scheduled.

Developed the timelines and resources necessary for the IOS upgrades for the routers to meet compliance standards.

Matrix managed up to 10 network engineers in the continental US, India, and Hong Kong requesting additional resources when the project timeline dictated.

Submitted TRACCS SR’s for the T1, T3, and OC3 circuits related to the sites in the OneNet project along with the T1, T3, and/or OC3 disconnects necessary to help with cost savings related to the project.

Produce PAC2000 change requests for all related work for the project implementations on a weekly basis. Develop & coordinate schedules with the Telco’s (Verizon / AT&T) and provide weekly reporting. Fifth Street Technologies at WACHOVIA, Charlotte, NC August 2008 – June 2009Command Center Change Verification Project Manager - Network Upgrades

Successfully coordinated the individual server and applications testing during the upgrade of DSS Network Switches as part of the Core/SAS Refresh Phase 1(Data Center & SAS Networks) and Distribution Network Refresh Project.  

Completed all processes as described in the current version of theWachovia Network Services Process document titled “Network Switch Upgradeswith Direct Impact on Servers” and associated upgrade documentation providedby the Wachovia Project Manager and other team members.
