Chopin is a boutique, family-owned, craft distillery that produces artisanal spirits and liqueurs. The Chopin story begins long before the spirit is bottled and placed on shelves. It all starts in the fields — potato fields, rye fields and wheat fields — within 18 miles of Chopin’s century-old, family-owned distillery, located in the small village of Krzesk, in eastern Poland.

Summer Solstice

2 ounces Chopin Wheat Vodka2 ounces Mango juice

4 o Sparkling waterSqueeze of lime

Combine all ingredients except the sparkling water in a shaker. Shake well and strain into a tall glass. Add ice and top with sparkling water.

Ginger Mule

2 ounces Chopin Wheat Vodka1/2 ounce Fresh lime juice

3 ounces Ginger beer

In a cocktail shaker 3/4 filled with ice, combine vodka and lime juice and shake until chilled, about 15 seconds. Strain into a copper mug, filled with crushed ice. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with lime and mint.

Mint-Lime Sparkler

2 ounces Chopin Wheat Vodka 1 ounce Fresh lime juice3/4 ounce Simple syrup

3 Slices of cucumber5 Mint sprigsSparkling water

Muddle cucumber in a mixing glass. Add mint, muddle gently. Add vodka, lime juice, simple syrup and ice. Shake well, strain into a highball glass. Top with sparkling water.
