Adobe will “..stop updating and distributing the Flash Player at the end of 2020 and encourage

content creators to migrate any existing Flash content...”

▪ SAP BusinessObjects Dashboards (Xcelsius®) and SAP BusinessObjects Explorer both depend on Flash

Key points:

▪ SAP will stop support SAP BusinessObjects Dashboards and Explorer after Dec. 31, 2020

▪ Adobe will stop supporting and distributing the Flash player on Dec. 31, 2020

▪ After Dec. 31, 2020, new installations of Dashboards (Xcelsius) and Explorer will not work

▪ After Dec. 31, 2020, existing installations may continue to work, but will not be supported by SAP

▪ Different browser vendors phase out support for Flash at different times. Check with your browser vendor for
