It was a dark stormy night in the middle of Italy. It was August. 1

year ago, you were walking on this road looking very suspicious.

You are a spy from France. You looked around and checked that no

one is around you. You walked toward to the palace, then quickly

climbed up the palace and landed inside the palace. For one year,

you worked really hard, so the king trusts you and the people were

very nice to you. One day, you started to like this kingdom. Few days

ago, you received a message from France to kill the king. You have

to reply right now.

Ⅰ ⅡWould you say yes and

kill the king?Would you ignore this

message and just pretend like nothing happened?

You replied that you will do the mission. Now you have to plan. It’s going to

be challenging, because there are many eyes watching everywhere. You have

to think of a good way to kill the king. You try to think of how to kill the king,

but you feel very sorry for the king because you are the only person he trusts

and now you have to betray him.

 

Few days later, you came up with a great idea. There will be a big party in two

weeks time and you are going to poison him on that day. The palace will be

very crowded, so it will be hard to be find out.

 

Finally, it is the day you prepared for two weeks. Everyone was busy walking

up and down the stairs preparing for the party. Guests from all over Italy

started to arrive. Just in few hours, the party place was full of people. The

king was talking to the lord of one big manor. You walked to the king's table

and put the poison in his wine. The color of wine was dark, so no one can

notice the poison. The king talked to other people for about one hour and he

goes to his chair to drink the wine. But the queen who was standing next to

the king’s chair holds up the wine…

Ⅰ ⅡWould you go and stop her? Would you just leave her

to drink the wine?

You ignored the letter. They kept sending the letters, but you

never replied. You were scared that they would harm you but

nothing happened. There was peace for a week. One day, you got

a letter saying that your wife was very sick.

Ⅰ ⅡWould you go back to

France to see your wife?Would you stay here for

safety?

Ⅰ Ⅱ

You quickly ran to the queen and stopped her from drinking the

wine. She was surprised. Everyone was surprised. You didn’t

know what to say. The king came towards you and asked what is

happening, but you couldn't say anything. So the two guards came

to you and took you to the jail.

In the jail, they kept asking you why you did that. You hesitated. If

you tell the truth, you won't be able to survive. Also if you don't

tell the truth, they might also harm you.

You couldn’t stop the queen from drinking the poisoned wine. She

drank it all. Few minutes later, the queen spit the blood and fell

down to the ground. Everyone is looking at her. People are

horrified. The queen is dead…

Few days have passed, the king was spending his day and night

crying and missing the queen. You felt very sorry for king but this

was a good chance to kill the king. You took out the knife from

your pocket. The king looks at the knife and screams. But before

the guards come in to the room, you push the knife into the king’s

chest.

You decided to see your wife. In the midnight, you quickly

packed up your stuff and escaped the palace. You ran and ran.

Finally, you arrived in France. You arrived at your house. your

wife is already dead.

-The End-

You decided to stay in Italy. You really wanted to go to see your

wife, but then you will be in danger and maybe your wife too. You

tried to forget about it.

Few days later, you got a letter. You opened the letter and got

shocked. You informed a letter that says your wife is dead…

-The End-

You said you will tell the truth. You ask other people to leave the

room. Everyone leaves the room, only you and the king is left.

You tell the king that you are a spy from France and got a mission

to kill the king. King was shocked. You took the small knife inside

your pocket and killed him.

-The End-

You didn’t say anything.

“Well, I believe you have a reason why you can’t tell us. I trust you” the king said.

The king lets you to go out. On the night, you go in to his room and kill him.
