TEACH MODEL EXPERIENCE
Program Evaluation: We have established a pre and post internship process and require Rejoice Project Coordinators to complete monthly reports on project status. !Growth Strategies: • Launch one new African community and continue to sustain leadership in current Rejoice Communities. • Utilize Journey to provide 4 Rejoice Project camps and launch and alumni mobilization network. • Launch a new Rejoice Project Retreat specifically for men • Launch a new website with updated logo and branding. !Funding Plan !
!• The Executive Director’s goal is to spend 30% of his time developing future ministry partners. • We’re looking to increase our Major Giving by developing 5 new Church Partners, 3 school partners, and identifying
20 individuals who will commit to giving an additional $3,000 in on-going monthly contributions. • Our funding strategy includes: Church and Campus tours, “Run for Orphans” 5K event, Student Internship Alumni
Homecoming Party, and “Give Hope” Christmas Tree and Gift Shop. Organizational Stewardship !!!!!!Executive Director: Nathanael Avery U.S. Staff: Kristin Avery - Discipleship and Project Director; Cody Goshert - Project Coordinator; Mary London Carswell - Journey Manager Kenyan Staff: Johannes Mutuku - Rejoice Project Manager and Rejoice Project Coordinator Ngaamba; Harun Nganga - Rejoice Project Coordinator Kinnangop; Peter Kirimi - Rejoice Project Coordinator Segera !Volunteers: At least 15 committed volunteers provide support in every area of ministry and provided an estimated $150,000 worth of service in 2013. !Ministry Results To-Date • Rejoice Project has reached more than 7,000 children in 11 Kenyan communities, 21 schools & 39 Churches. • 120 Trained Rejoice Team Leaders in the 11 Kenyan Communities. • Transitioned Rejoice Project training and discipleship events to indigenous leadership. • 102 US Students empowered to bring restoration to their communities, reaching 41 universities and 70 churches !Current Ministry Needs $30,000 vehicle for Kenyan travel for Journey and Rejoice Project leaders increasing gospel reach to rural villages. $30,000 Rejoice Project Discipleship retreats, camps and monthly virtue implementation, impacting 9000+ children. $10,000 increasing alumni discipleship and mobilization impacting 41 U.S. college campuses and 70 churches. $30,000 Finance and Business Staff to allow current CTI staff to focus on discipleship impacting over 10,000 people.
