Choice Based Lettings

Select the Choice Based Lettings link to View Available Properties

Use relevant search functions on the left hand side of the screen

To view full screen, select the Hide Menu button

Full screen will be displayed

To bid for properties you need to sign on and be registered on our housing

list.

You will be able to see how many properties you have bid for

To search for properties by Area

To search by property details

List of available properties – this will display all properties in this advert

To bid for a property

View details of the property you want to place a bid

Select Add to basket

View Basket

Select the Apply button

You will be able to see if your bid has been ‘Accepted’ or ‘Rejected’

(if you do not meet the matching rules for the property)

Bids submitted displays all properties you have placed bids for

To view previous property lists, select the link on the left hand side of the

page

Previous adverts are displayed

Select the Display Properties and status of each property is displayed

Please remember to Log Off once you have completed your bids
