Ingredients07 large egg whites03 large egg yolks05 oz. bittersweet
chocolate02 tbsp butter01/3 cup sugar
Directions:0 Prepare ramekins by coating with butter
and sugar0 Beat egg yolks until thick and pale yellow0 Melt chocolate over double boiler . Add
butter and stir until fully combined0 Fold yolks into chocolate mixture0 Whip egg whites until form soft peaks0 Add sugar little by little. Beat until whites
form soft peaks0 Gently fold egg whites into chocolate
mixture0 Spoon batter into ramekins and bake at
375 for approximately 16 minutes.0 Garnish as desired and serve immediately
