CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER FOOTBALL COOKIES What’s a game day party without adorable football shaped snacks? This deliciously easy treat makes the perfect addition to your football party spread. What you’ll need: 1 Cup creamy peanut butter 1 Tube white icing Your favorite oval shaped crackers or pretzel crackers Wax paper 1 Package of chocolate candy melts How it’s done: 1. Using a butter knife, spread a layer of peanut butter onto one cracker. Place another cracker onto the peanut butter to create a sandwich, continue until you have made your desired amount of cookies. 2. Begin to melt chocolate in saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally to avoid burning at bottom of pan. 3. Set aside wax paper for cooling. 4. Dip each sandwich in the melted chocolate. Use a spoon to ensure the entire sandwich gets covered. 5. Use a fork to lift each sandwich out of the chocolate and allow excess chocolate to drip back into the saucepan. Set each sandwich on wax paper to cool. 6. After each sandwich has cooled, use white icing to draw the football laces. 7. Refrigerate for about 1 hour and serve.
