Via Canada's Federal and Quebec immigrant investor programs, Montreal-based Renaissance Capital Inc. (www.rcican.com) and its Vancouver-based owner, John Park of RCI (Royal Canadian Immigration) Capital Group Inc., have facilitated almost 4000 immigrant investors plus their families to Canada since 1996 (that's over 10,000 people).

Systemically and quite fraudulently providing fake addresses to CIC for possibly up to hundreds if not thousands of foreign national immigrant investors (plus their families) in order that those persons may appear to be resident in Canada while in fact they are living offshore, and that using these false addresses to fraudulently obtain Canadian permanent resident cards and possibly later even Canadian passports; that is allegedly a criminal offense both for the companies that perpetrated the crimes and well as the principals of those corporations. The RCMP and police in Montreal and Vancouver need to investigate this. Fraud-busting crime fighter Jason Kenney will no doubt be outraged as should all law-abiding Canadians.
