Chiplite works continually on enhancing its X-series modules, which means you can now install more modules in a row than ever. The XOL module, for example, provides you with 100 modules that can be operated without additional power input. Moreover, we have developed two new modules for illuminating frames, which means that �atter, larger boxes can be illuminated via the frame.

THE CHIPLITE CL -XOL MODULE

The CL-XOL module is �tted with two 5050 SMD LEDs including optic, is only 57 x 15.6 mm in size and available in chains of 100. It can be used from a depth of 50 mm and generates a luminous �ux of 40 lumens (83lm/W) using 0.48 watts of power, making it suitable for use in lettering and light boxes of practically any size.

THE CHIPLITE CL -XO MODULE

The CL-XO module is �tted with two 5050 SMD LEDs equipped with specially designed optics that provide an extremely broad 160° beam angle, which means the module can be used in boxes and lettering with a very low depth (from 30mm). The module is 44.5x 16.5 mm in size, providing luminous �ux of 44 lumens with 0.48watts of power (91 lm/W). The module is wired to form a 100-piece chain.

THE CHIPLITE CL -XOH1 MODULE

The CL-XOH1 module is �tted with a 3020 SMD LED and ideally suitable for illuminating lettering and light boxes from a depth of 100 mm. The module measures 30.5 x 19.4 mm and generates 45lumens of luminous �ux with 0.48watts of power (93 lm/W). At a depth of 120 mm, this module can be installed in grids of 140 x 140 mm. The module is wired to forma80-piece chain.

THE CHIPLITE CL -XOH2 MODULE

This module can be used for light boxes and lettering from a depth of 150mm. It is �tted with two 3020 SMD LEDs and measures 46.5x 19.4 mm in size. The module generates 90 lumens of luminous �ux (93lm/W) and requires 0.96 watts of power. The module can be installed in grids of 180 x 180 mm in light boxes of 150 mm in depth. The moduleis wired to form a 60-piece chain.

THE CHIPLITE CL -XOH3 MODULE

The CL-XOH3 module is �tted with three 3020 SMD LEDs and generates 116lumens of luminous �ux with 1.2watts of power (96lm/W). The CL-XOH3 module measures 46.5x 43 mmand is therefore ideal for illuminating lettering and light boxes from a depth of 180mm. At this depth, the module can be installed in grids of 250 x 250 mm. The module is wired to form a 60-piece chain.

THE CHIPLITE CL -XOH4 MODULE

The CL-XOH4 module has been developed for illuminating light boxes from a depth of 200mm. Due to its luminous �ux of 285 lumens using 3watts of power (95 lm/W), a maximum of nine modules per square metre are suf�cient. The module (46.5 x 43 mm) is �tted with four 3020 LEDs with special optics and wired to form a 30-piece chain.

THE CHIPLITE CL- XM MODULE

The miniature CL-XM module �ts into nooks and crannies that are far too small for other modules: thanks to its compact size of 30 x 7 mm, it �ts into almost any letter serif, providing perfect illumination. The power input of the two SMD LEDs is 0.3 watts, The luminous �ux is 14 lumens (46lm/W). The module is wired to form a 50-piece chain.

THE CHIPLITE CL - EL4 MODULE

The CL-EL4 module is suitable for illuminating the edges of light boxes up to 3 x 3 metres in size, made possible by the generous luminous �ux of 400lumens generated with 4.5 watts of power (89 lm/W). The module measures 63 x 33 mm. It is wired to form a 15 -piece chain and has to be installed in groups of three modules.

THE CHIPLITE CL - EL1 MODULE

This standard module for illuminating edges has proven its value in a wide range of applications. Thanks to its compactness (43x 36 mm), the module can also be used in double-sided circular banners. The CL-EL1 is available as a soldered chain of 30. The intensity of illumination within the light box can be varied by pushing the modules closer together or pulling them apart. The module provides 130 lumens of luminous �ux with 1.5watts of power (86 lm/W) and can also be ordered as an individually separable module.

THE CHIPLITE CL - EL3 MODULE

The CL-EL3 module measures 100x 26 mm and is �tted with three LEDs as well as a specially designed elliptical optic, making it a good solution for illuminating edges of 60mmin depth. The module provides 240lumens of luminous �ux with 2.8 watts of power (86 lm/W) and is wired to form a 20-piece chain.
