B: 空气不好的时候真不应该出去运动。不过跳舞还是有很多好处的嘛。不仅可以强身健体，还能结交朋友。

It's more intense than that. Recently I saw in the news that an oldlady posted a notice on a car parked in front of a community's store:"For everyone's health, please don't park your car here from 630 to830pm. If there's an accident, you will be responsible for theconsequences!"

B: 这不瞎搞嘛！广场是公共资源，任何部门和个人都没有权利私自占有的。

zhè bù xiāgǎo ma！ guǎngchǎng shì gōnggòng zīyuán， rènhébùmén hé gèrén dōu méiyǒu quánlì sīzì zhànyǒu de。

Give me a break! A square is a public resource. Any department orindividual doesn't have the right to reserve it for themselves.

A: 我说，要不然你去居委会投诉一下，让人来管管这事儿。

wǒ shuō， yàoburán nǐ qù jūwěihuì tóusù yīxià， ràng rén lái guǎnguan zhè shìr。

What I'm saying is... how about you go to the community associationto complain, and make them take care of this.

B: 这……不太好吧，咱妈有时候也下去跳呢。
