Dear traveller,

Welcome to our exciting new China, India, Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos tours for 2011.

We invite you to join us on a luxury Scenic Tours’ holiday through China, India or Indochina where you’ll experience the adventure and uniqueness of these countries like never before. Whether you’re standing atop of the awe-inspiring Great Wall of China, gazing at the majestic Taj Mahal or enjoying a luxury cruise along the Mekong River, you’ll be amazed at the spectacle and grandeur before you. It’s not until you actually experience these fascinating lands for yourself, that you will believe that a holiday to these regions could be so personally rewarding and luxurious. These are magnifi cent journeys and we invite you to savour their infi nite treasures on one of our ultimate adventures.

Each of these countries we visit offer their own intriguing history, unique and complex mix of cultures and stunning natural beauty. You’ll experience bustling cities contrasted with ancient temples and palaces and centuries old traditions living side-by-side with the modern world. Along the way you’ll meet the friendly and welcoming people who are proud to share their homeland with you.

Scenic Tours’ holidays are all-inclusive so you will only have to plan for your personal spending. Because things aren’t always what they seem to be, you’ll appreciate the remarkable value and peace of mind that Scenic Tours provides. If we describe a hotel as 5-star, then it is. If we say it’s located close to the centre of the city, that’s where you’ll fi nd it. And if we say that a particular attraction is included, it is. To us, “included”, means exactly that.

Our goal is always to provide the ultimate holiday experience, whatever the destination. This takes the best partners and meticulous attention to detail – from selecting the fi nest hotels to planning each day, ensuring that all the must-see sights are included whilst allowing time at leisure for you to explore on your own. And of course, also recruiting the very best Tour Directors and local English speaking guides in the industry. You’ll fi nd that our dining experiences have also been especially designed so you can savour the unique, local fl avours of each region you’re travelling through, as well as enjoying sumptuous Western cuisine.

Scenic Tours is a private, Australian owned company that is proud of the wonderful travel experiences we have shared with so many guests, both in Australia and overseas. I fi nd it personally rewarding that so many of you travel with us again and again.

To those who have enjoyed a Scenic Tours’ holiday before, we look forward to welcoming you back. And to those who are considering us for the fi rst time, we hope to have the pleasure of your company in the near future.

Glen Moroney
