Welcome to the Jerusalem Show VII

This is an art exhibition where you can see art works by artists from all over the world. You can also see lots of different cool places in the old city of Jerusalem. There are 8 activities in this book for you to do as you see the art works. You can also make up many more activities of your own!!!

The Palestinian artist Majd Abdel Hamid made these hourglasses from the cement of the separation wall. The biggest one runs out in 20 minutes. The middle one runs out in 10 minutes. The small ones run out in 3 minutes. How long will it take for all of these four hourglasses to run out, one after the other?

Hera Büyüktaşçıyan is an Armenian-Greek artist from Turkey. Her artwork is about the Patriarch’s Pool in Jerusalem. These days the Pool is empty and Hera imagines filling this Pool up with water again. Colour in this picture of the Pool.

The Jerusalem Show is an art exhibition taking place across 14 venues in the old city of Jerusalem. 3 of the venues are Al Ma’mal (Tile Factory), Gallery Anadiel, and Hamam el-Shifa.
