Firstly, children eat more unhealthy foods. As parents are too busy to make ends meet and have less time for preparation for the family meals, children are given more chances to access fast food and junk food. It is true that an excessive intake fatty food leads to obesity and diabetes. For instance, many Vietnamese children are overweight by eating too much KFC food. Secondly, children these days do not enjoy exercise as much as their past generation did. Being addicted by attractive computer applications, children spend less time to take part in outdoor exercises, and as a result they become unhealthy. For example, children in Vietnam use much time in front of computer to chat with their friends through social networks such as Facebook and Twitter, and a lot of them suffer from obesity.
