Childhood Games

The game is every child's favourite activity. The group game contributes to strengthening ties with children, colleagues, socializing within the group to which it belongs.

The Sleeping Bear - is a game of introducing the names of the children , observing the linking friendships among the students.

The children hold their hands and spin in circles as they sing the song. A child is in the middle of the circle (the bear), sleeping and dreaming. The song urges him to get up and go out of its den. The child who plays the bear, chooses another child to take his/her place in the circle.

The Farmer's in the Field - aims at strengthening relations within the group. Children are in a circle, singing the song and clapping their hands to keep the rhythm. A child is a peasant who chooses a wife from among the children in a circle, when the song says so. Then a child is appointed, a baby sitter, a nanny, a cat etc.

The Stone Bridge - is a game of movement, fun.Two children,a boy and a girl, lift their hands and touch them standing face to face. The other children hold hands and pass under the "bridge" made by the bodies and the hands of the two children. Everybody is singing and when the song stops, one of the children is caught in, the very moment he passes under the bridge .If the caught child a boy, he takes the place of the boy, if it’s a girl, she takes the place of the girl who makes the bridge.
