Selection Criteria:
1. Capacity to complete the TAFE theoretical component of the traineeship
2. Proven ability to communicate effectively with children and families
3. Proven ability to be reliable, professional and punctual
4. Demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member
5. Over 18 years of age, an Australian citizen/permanent resident
6. Must not hold current Certificate III qualification or above in child care or any other
industry.
