New London, CT Lawrence + Memorial Health System (L+M) is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). Reporting to the VP of Strategic Planning, Marketing & Business Development, the CMO will identify, create, and implement growth opportunities throughout the system, leading the marketing function to enhance L+M’s rapid growth. This newly configured and highly visible position is an opportunity for a talented marketing and business development leader to collaborate with leadership throughout the system and the local community, to elevate the brand of L+M. The CMO will enhance cohesion and accountability throughout the marketing, business development, and internal communications teams and together leverage technology to develop a plan to bring L+M to the next level. The CMO will be a strategic and highly effective leader with proven success and marketing expertise within healthcare, pharmaceutical or other related service industries. A Master’s degree is highly desired and experience writing proposals and having performed financial analyses is ideal.
