Restroom Code
Location:Chief Hosa is a public campground facility owned and operated by the City and County of Denver. The campground is located in Genesee Park only 20 minuteswest of Denver. Camping facilities are located on the south side of Interstate 70, exit 253. The Chief Hosa campground has a total of 48 campsites: 24 RV siteswith water and power, and 24 tent sites. Most sites are located in a Ponderosa Pine woodland with shade. Trails, picnic sites, and recreational facilities are locatednearby in Genesee Park. The bison herd is often available for viewing at nearby overlooks. The Chief Hosa Lodge adjacent to the campground is available forweddings and rentals. Many restaurants, stores, and tourist destinations are located in the vicinity.

Campground Rules:
• Parking in designated areas only• Tents required to be on tent pads• RVs must be parked in designated spaces• Pets must on leash and not be left unattended• No glass bottles or containers• No alcoholic beverages (only 3.2 beer allowed).• No marijuana or use of illegal drugs• No littering. Use trash cans and dumpsters or pack it out.• No wood fires. Use of charcoal and propane grills for cooking only• Nothing allowed attached to trees or park structures.• Use roads and trails for walking. Do not cut through campsites.• Quiet Hour from 10 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.• Check-out time 11 a.m.
