chicken thai curry (thai recipe)
TRANSCRIPT
This is a chicken curry recipe, prepared with some fresh and healthy vegetables. This dish also has the goodness of coconut milk which is a rich source of vitamins, iron and calcium.
Boneless chicken pieces 500 gm Broccoli cut into medium florets 5/6 Carrot pieces ½ cup French beans 10 Potato 1 cut into 4 pieces Thai chilli paste 2 tsp or remove the seeds of 4 red chilies and sock the chilies
in hot water for 1 hour and make a paste Ginger and garlic paste 2 tbsp Coconut milk 4 cups Basil leaves 5/6 Lemon juice 2 tsp Cumin powder 1 tbsp Coriander powder 1 tbsp Salt to taste Refine oil 2 tbsp
Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan and add chilli paste
