Following this three-game series, the White Sox take a 10-day trip to Texas (6/29-7/1), Cincinnati (7/2-5) and Houston (7/5-8) before ending the fi rst half with a fi ve-game, six-day homestand vs. St. Louis (7/10-11) and Kansas City (7/13-15). The Sox went 0-3 on their last trip to Cleveland from 6/18-20 and 2-5 on their last homestand vs. Cleveland (2-2) and Detroit (0-3) from 6/11-17.</p><p>TONIGHT'S STORYLINESThe White Sox have scored six or more runs in four consecutive games, their longest streak since 9/3-6/15 (also four) they have not scored six-plus runs in fi ve straight games since 5/23-27/12.The Sox bullpen has posted a 0.90 ERA (3 ER/30.0 IP) in 10 games vs. Minnesota this season. James Shields owns a 2.96 ERA (15 ER/45.2 IP) over his last seven home starts (six quality). Avisal Garca is hitting .418 (33-79) with four home runs, 13 RBI and 12 runs scored over his last 21 games vs. Minnesota.Omar Narvez is hitting .519 (14-27) with six multihit eff orts over his last eight games.</p><p>LAST NIGHT'S RECAPYolmer Snchez matched his career high with four RBI, in-cluding a go-ahead, two-run single off Taylor Rogers in the sixth inning, as the White Sox rallied for an 8-4 victory over Minnesota.Leury Garca tied his career high with three hits, Avisal Garca hit a solo home run, his fi rst since 4/3 at Toronto, Tim Anderson was 2-3 with a RBI and run scored, and Adam Engel scored twice. For the second straight game, the Sox collected 12 hits, and each starter reached base safely.Reynaldo Lpez earned the victory, allowing four runs on six hits over 6.1 IP Luis Aviln (0.1 IP), Juan Minaya (0.1), Jace Fry (1.0) and Joakim Soria (1.0) combined for 2.2 scoreless IP in relief Soria made his 12th straight scoreless outing (11.2).</p><p>DANE DUNNING UPDATEClass AA Birmingham RHP Dane Dunning was examined today in Chicago by White Sox Team Physician Dr. Nik Verma an MRI revealed that Dunning suff ered a moderate elbow sprain that presently will not require surgery.Dunning has been placed on the Birmingham disabled list and will begin a 6-8 week program of rest and rehab after that period of time, Dunning will begin a throwing program, and a plan for his return to pitching will be implemented. He has gone 6-3 with a 2.71 ERA (26 ER/86.1 IP) and 100 strikeouts in 15 combined starts this season between Class A Winston-Salem and Birmingham.</p><p>INTERNATIONAL STARSClass AAA Charlotte RHPs Donn Roach and Thyago Vieira have been named to the International League All-Star Team.Roach is 8-2 with a 2.79 ERA (27 ER/87.0 IP) in 15 games (14 starts) this season, while Vieira has posted a 4.26 ERA (15 ER/31.2 IP) with 43 strikeouts in 27 games, including a 1.54 mark (2 ER/11.2 IP) over his last 10 outings.Including Roach and Vieira, the White Sox farm system pro-duced 21 minor-league All-Stars in 2018, including seven from Class AA Birmingham, fi ve from Class A Winston-Salem and seven from Class A Kannapolis.</p><p>1993 WHITE SOX REUNIONThe White Sox will welcome back coaches and players from the 1993 American League West Division Championship team on 7/14 vs. Kansas City.Among those scheduled to appear in honor of the 25-year anniversary include: Ozzie Guillen, Bo Jackson, 1993 AL Cy Young winner Jack McDowell, Hall-of-Famers Tim Raines and Frank Thomas; pitchers Wilson lvarez and Jason Bere, INF Craig Grebeck; OFs Mike Huff , Lance Johnson, Warren Newson and Dan Pasqua; and manager Gene Lamont.</p><p>CWS AT THE CWS INF Nick Madrigal, the White Sox fi rst-round draft choice (No. 4 overall, has helped lead Oregon State to the best-of-three fi nals of the College World Series in Omaha, Neb. OF Eloy Jimenz (No. 4) is the highest rated Sox prospect, followed by RHP Michael Kopech (12), OF Luis Robert (26), RHPs Dylan Cease (43), Alec Hansen (49) and Dane Dunning (56), OF Blake Rutherford (85) and C Zack Collins (99).</p><p>DOUBLE VISION Jos Abreu ranks second in the major leagues with 27 doubles, and is on pace to hit 56 this season, which would break the franchise record of 48 set by Albert Belle in 1998.</p><p>QUALITY AND QUANTITY The White Sox have made a major-league leading 1,346 quality starts since the start of the 2003 season, one more than the second-place New York Mets (1,345) and 43 more than Oakland (1,300), the next-closest American League team.</p><p>STOP!
