“ Fix Your Mortgage” Event Problem Details

We are not getting quick results on the FYM event for 3 reasons
Service Providers are not Speaking to us for various reasons
Service providers gave false contact information to Loss Mitigation Dept.
Borrowers not having adequate paperwork or contact information.
Service Providers that Will not speak to NHS because…..
Harris Bank, Second Federal Savings and TCF told us that they didn’t speak to third parties in regards to Loan Modifications.
Six banks told us they had no authorization to speak to us, even though there is authorization forms sent with every borrower

There where four service provider that gave fair amounts of trouble. Such as
•Rude frontline staff •Feeding false information to borrowers about their loan status•Claiming not to receive borrowers information when we have; faxed, emailed and/or overnight mail
Not to Mentions Bank of America, Citi, US Bank and others informed us that they would like borrowers to apply for loan modification on their own proprietary applications!
What can we do to hold banks and other service providers accountable?
