CHIARO II is a direct/indirect luminaire with a fully transparent poly-carbonate housing which outclasses conventional moisture-proof luminaires: it provides an all-round pleasant lighting atmosphere. Photometrically optimised for lighting car parks and industrial build-ings, CHIARO II is a linear luminaire with a visually slimline design that demonstrates its abilities to full effect, even in spaces that have low ceilings.

CHIARO II LINEAR 360° LIGHT

The diffuser, the lamp housing and even the fastening clips are transparent. Thanks to UV-stabilised polycarbonate (PC), the lumi-naire produces plenty of light, but dirt and moisture have no way of getting inside the luminaire. IP 65 protection ensures that CHIARO II is dust-proof and jet-proof. Special-steel fastening clips are also available as an alternative design feature.

CHIARO II ROUND FTR 360° LIGHT

Light for car parks and industry With its indirect and direct light components, good overall efficiency and internal prism structure, CHIARO II rises to the challenge of providing premium, but never-theless rugged, lighting. Its all-round gasket, IP 65 protection and an IK08 impact resistance rating are all clear evidence of this. This slender, linear luminaire is also available in an LED and an asym-metrical wallwasher version. This linear luminaire is extremely flexi-ble when it comes to installing: it is mounted directly on the wall or ceiling, or suspended using a trunking unit and pendant.

Optionally available: built-in sensor CHIARO II with a presence detector is an affordable, stand-alone alternative for indi-vidual luminaires or smaller applications. Installation and configuring are completed quickly without compromising the lumi-naire’s IP 65 protection in any way.

CHIARO II LED Its excellent luminaire efficiency of up to 143 lm/W and its premium looks mark out the CHIARO II LED luminaire as a sustainable LED alternative. Maintenance is confined to simple ex-ternal cleaning because the luminaire’s inherently durable light source is well protected against soiling. This does away with the costs of replacement lamps and relamping. The LED version achieves the same level of performance as fluorescent lamps when it comes to lighting power and lighting quality: Thanks to its wide-angle light distribution, CHIARO II LED can replace conventional T16 fluorescent lamps (49 W) or T26 fluorescent lamps (58 W) in indus-trial and car park applications. CHIARO II LED is available in inter-mediate (4000 K) or cool (6500 K) white, as required.

CHIARO II LED XT The optional model with a special industry series ballast makes the CHIARO II LED XT luminaire extremely reliable, even under very harsh envi-ronmental conditions. This allows the implementation of a consistent LED solution, even with temperatures as high as 50 °C or as low as -35 °C, e.g. in coldstores.

Light for areas where there are special requirements Whereas the linear luminaire provides general lighting in many car parks, the round CHIARO II FTR is often used to light driveways, gates and vending machines. Regardless whether it is wall- or ceiling-mount-ed, this moisture-proof luminaire cleverly brings circulation areas into prominence. The fastening clips are available in two designs: transparent clips emphasise the luminaire’s consistent appearance, and optional special-steel clips give it a very classy look.

IP 65 moisture-proof luminaire A circular LED luminaire with an IP 65 rating has been added to the CHIARO II product range boast-ing a purist and functional design. By uniform light distribution, CHIARO II FTR LED creates a pleasant atmosphere, above all in public spaces with adverse ambient conditions such as car parks. The linear version of the CHIARO II LED luminaire is suitable for wide-area general lighting, while the circular version demonstrates its strong points when illuminating driveways or gates, but also cor-ridors or vending machines. Due to a simple installation system, the two CHIARO II FTR LED models with a diameter of 390 mm and 680 mm can easily be installed as well as maintained. The portfolio of light colours offered comprises colour temperatures ranging from warm and intermediate to cool white (6500 K).
