Current positionResponsibility andwork experience
Presently working with ANUPAM IND.LTD. (Company of Anupam
Industries ,having total revenue of about 2500 cr ) as a quality engineer.
Anupam industries is a leading crane manufactures and now collaborated
with M.H.I JAPAN.
Experience(5 years)1 July08till date Anupam Ind ltd Gujarat.
Day to day quality activities entry, report generation in ISO format,
raw material inspection, bought out items ,stage wise inspection, and
final inspection of crane.
Handling MHI project quality activities individually.
Involved in ISO implementation and record maintain.
Follow up with material department ,purchase department, for
material quality record. Follow up Client requirement in QAP ,WPS ,and special requirement of
crane.
Inspection of marking of raw material, setup position ,welding quality
and final inspection.
All fabricated component are checked as per drawing. and outside
inspection of raw material and fabricated component which is to
assembled.
Responsible for coordination and networking with contractors, client,
production department and outside vendor for effective completion of
allotted project within specified time limit.
Direct reporting to VP quality control.
