  2. 2. What is Cheshire East Substance Misuse Service? A recovery based, non-judgemental and confidential service to support people whose lives are affected by alcohol and drugs. We cover all of Cheshire East. Referral is accepted from any source with the consent of the individual being referred you can also self-refer. Referrals for young people (under 18) should be made via a referral form. Changing Lanes: provide open recovery and support groups Catch22: provide services for young people Acorn: provide Reduction and Motivation Programme (RAMP) and Dependency Emotional Attachment Programme (DEAP) Emerging Horizons: assisting CWP to develop a recovery psycho-social platform Intuitive Thinking Skills: provide courses designed to overcome addictions Expanding Futures: provide recovery coaching training
