Developer’s Forum June 2016

Neighbors,

I have been informed by Verizon Wireless that the new tower will be activated

no later than Tuesday, June 7th. They stated that the Verizon strike is why they

were delayed, in any event next Tuesday at the latest.

Brad Allen, Virginia Regional Director with Comcast confirmed “again” that

they will be in full force on the install starting next week. “No worries, it’s com-

ing”! I hate to keep telling everyone the same thing over & over, but this is what

we are being told. Please be patient.

I would like to apologize for opening day of the pool. The pool and the kiddy

pool were not acceptable. Douglas Aquatics will be reviewing measures to in-

sure this does not happen again.

We will be cleaning the carpet on the lower level of the clubhouse on Monday,

June 6th.

Please patronize our restaurant and golf club, tell a friend! Look for weekly

email blast for specials and events. Take-out is also available. Take some time

to make sure landscaping and ARB issues are addressed on your yards and

homes.

I would like to thank the Chesdin Landing Women’s Assoc. for all they do with

the events and for their time to make our community fun and active!!

Please submit all exterior architectural changes to ARB for review prior to com-

mencing.

The last day of school needs to end with a SPLASH! What better way to spend it then with your friends and neighbors at our beautiful community pool. So bring your suits, towels, and smiles and join this year’s fun spon-sored by the Chesdin Landing Wom-en’s Association, Chesdin Boat Sales, and Mitchell & Young.

Clubhouse Rules:

• Effective March 1st, 2016 the Chesdin Landing Clubhouse is

a Non-Smoking Facility. Outside smoke trees are available.

• No one under 21 will be permitted in the bar area after 9:00

pm. Must have credit card to open a tab in the bar and pool

area.

• Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult

at all times in the clubhouse.

• Swim attire is permitted in the pool area only. Shoes must

be worn at all times in and around the clubhouse. No wet

swim suits inside clubhouse.
