Bill was elected as our first Commodore.

Our Purpose and Cause

OUR FOUNDING OBJECTIVES

Three Points:

1. Protect member club interests on the water ways of:

Maryland Delaware

Pennsylvania New Jersey

Virginia and the District of

Columbia.

2. Provide a central communicative point for member club events

3. Define and set protocol standards for our member clubs
