Cheryl Kiltz truly goes the extra mile in providing caring and compassionate service to the residents at Eastgate Manor. Doing the whatever needs to be done, she ensures the resident feels they are in a clean and safe environment.

After graduating from nursing school with an associate degree in nursing and an associate in mental health technologies, Cheryl has spent over 25 years in her career providing care to seniors in home health care, hospice and long-term care.

Cheryl is married with three children and enjoys gardening and crafts in her spare time. It is her love of gardening and crafts that she uses to spread love and joy to the residents. You can often find her in the facility courtyard tending to flowers and lawn ornaments on her days off.

Debbie Devine, DNS stated, “Cheryl has a unique way of caring for our residents. She serves and offers to those less fortunate than her. She shares a ray of sunshine with flowers for our courtyards and decorations on her residents’ doors.”

Cheryl expressed her appreciation and was honored in unexpectedly being named the Quest winner. She stated, “I honor my mother by taking care of other individual’s mothers.”
