Chemzyme 100N is a bacterial alpha amylase, produced by submerged fermentation of Bacillus microorganism. It is designed for the desizing of fabrics. Chemzyme 100N Rapid Desizer Properties Chemzyme 100N is a brown liquid in appearance. Chemzyme 100N is a non-food grade product intended for technical applications in textiles only. It can be used in all classical processes. It is not necessary to modify the desizing process when replacing conventional enzymes with Chemzyme 100N. Chemzyme 100N breaks down starch in textile size without any negative effect on the textile fiber. Compatibility Chemzyme 100N does not require addition of calcium salts and is compatible with wetting agents and surfactants normally used in desizing process. Application Chemzyme 100N breaks down starch in textile size without any negative effect on the textile fiber. The optimum dosage of Chemzyme 100N will depend on desizing conditions, size composition and type of fabric. Standard Application : Chemzyme 100N 1 to 6 g/l (depends on starch content in fiber) Temp. 60 o C to 110 o C PH 5.5 7.5

Chemzyme 100N is a bacterial alpha amylase, produced by submerged fermentation of Bacillus microorganism. It is designed for the desizing of fabrics.

Chemzyme 100N Rapid Desizer

Properties Chemzyme 100N is a brown liquid in appearance. Chemzyme 100N is a non-food grade product intended for technical

applications in textiles only. It can be used in all classical processes. It is not necessary to modify the desizing

process when replacing conventional enzymes with Chemzyme 100N. Chemzyme 100N breaks down starch in textile size without any negative effect

on the textile fiber. Standard Application

:

Chemzyme 100N 1 to 6 g/l (depends on starch content in fiber) Temp. 60 o C to 110 o C PH 5.5 – 7.5

Safety Enzymes are proteins and inhalation of dust or aerosols may induce sensitization and may cause allergic reactions in sensitized individuals. Some enzymes may irritate the skin, eyes and mucous membranes upon prolonged contact. Wear suitable protective clothing, gloves and eye/face protection. Wash contaminated clothes. Storage and Packing Enzymes generally loose activity overtime depending on storage temperature. Cool conditions are recommended. Chemzyme 100N is supplied in 200 kg plastic drums.
