1998 iron, Fe iron, Fe I 7100 12 - 021 Mild Hydrothermal Syntheses and Thermal Behaviors of Hydrog- arnets Sr 3 M 2 (OH) 12 (M: Cr, Fe, and Al). The title compounds are synthesized from Sr(OH) 2 ·8H 2 O and Cr(NO 3 ) 3 ·9H 2 O, Fe(NO 3 ) 3 ·9H 2 O, or Al(OH) 3 (aqueous slurry, NaOH as mineralizer, Teflon-lined autoclave, 240 C, ca. 3 days). The thermal decomposition behavior of the hydrogarnets is discussed.
