Reductive defluorination of fluorobenzene (I) and difluorobenzene (IV) proceeds under mild conditions in the presence of the title catalytic systems to furnish fluorocyclohexane (II) and cyclohexane (III) as main products. The rhodium–bipyridyl complex tethered to silica-supported palladium provides the best results as compared to the silica-supported or single rhodium-bipyridyl complex or the corresponding rhodium–pyridylphosphine complex. — (YANG, HONG; GAO, HANRONG; ANGELICI, ROBERT J.; Organometallics 18 (1999) 12, 2285-2287; Dep.
