Designed for high-performance electronics soldering, our advanced tin/lead wire solders offer constant flux-to-metal ratio forperfect joints with every use. ECG solders are fast wetting and flowing for the strong, consistent joints demanded in today’selectronics manufacturing, rework, maintenance, and field service activities. Only a slight non-conductive, non-corrosive, non-hygroscopic residue remains after use.Alloys used in these solders are manufactured strictly from 100 percent pure virgin met-als. Melting point is 361-374°F.
The tin/lead wire solders are available in both two-percent activated rosin core (WRAP II) and three-percent activated rosincore (WRAP III).WRAP III solders are ideal for those applications requiring a somewhat faster melting product for tempera-ture-sensitive components, as well as under conditions in which the surfaces to be solders are not so well prepared.Tarnishand oxide-free work surfaces are assured by both the two and three-percent activated rosin flux.
