Yeast• We made pizza dough. When we

mixed yeast, warm water, and sugar a chemical reaction occurred. This created bubbles of air. We added flour to the mixture to create a stretchy dough for our pizza.

What is physical change?

Physical change is energy and states of matter mixed together to form something new. This can be reversed. Like water to ice to water again.

Jelly

We made jelly out of gelation and warm water. We cooled it down to make it solid and

re heated it to make a liquid. This is physical change.
