TRANSCRIPT
I’m a creative free spirit stuck in a world of good sense. I have found my home within the English language and fiber. A mover in a past life and a painter in a future one. I yearn to make beautiful things as a career and am fortunate enough to say that I have ample experience in the work place.
Together with my desire to create and my ability to organize and continuously improve process, I believe that I can provide your company with a mutually beneficial working relationship that fosters growth and promotes creative thinking.

top 5 valuable skills:
detail oriented I like things a certain way and I go to great lengths to assure they end up that way. details are what deliver the product from mediocre to exceptional.
dedicated if I believe in the cause, the product or the people I will give 110%. [If I don’t, I will give 100%.]
curious on the brink of turning the big 3-0 I find my hunger for knowledge is more persistent than it has ever been. I want to know how to do more things, thoroughly, while increasing efficiency. This has lead me to learn how to create a website and a weekly broadcast while organically growing subscribers and followers from 0-3500 in less than 6 months’ time.
strong communication abilities (yes, both written and oral) conversing with people is something that has carried me through my professional life. From my initial trade as a server, to my most recent position as a logistics coordinator- communication has always been and will continue to be, paramount in the success of any role I take on.
fiercely independent this is a quality that I have just recently recognized in myself. sure, some people choose to label this as being a “control freak” …I choose to call this being relentlessly self-reliant.
top 3 most notable [past] jobs: 2013-2016 – HABCO Industries [Glastonbury, CT] administrative assistant à sales and marketing coordinator à logistics coordinator
I spent my entire career at HABCO working with key stakeholders inter departmentally to plan events, meet deadlines, and maintain effective and efficient work processes.
2015-present – LegacyKnitz Podcast [Remote] co-host and manager
I work to create content, record and edit video clips in iMovie, and continually develop new opportunities for the broadcast to experience and share [across all social media platforms] with our nearly 4,000 subscribers.
2011-2014 – Plan B Restaurant [Glastonbury, CT] server extraordinaire
This job helped me learn how to work with people, serve the community, multi-task, and work at a very high speed. I learned how to negotiate difficult [and sometimes inebriated] personalities while providing them with a satisfying dining experience.
