• Cheetahs eat Gazelles ,Deer ,Squirrels and Impala.

• Sometimes they are on a special diet so they have to eat other plants and animals.

Inherited traits

• Have you noticed that footballers and other sportsman will have dark stripes under their eyes to prevent glare from either the Sun or bright lights? Well cheetahs have this too! Those black lines down their face are called "tear marks" and they are also to prevent glare from the hot overhead Sun.

• Power of the speed is it can get up two 113 km in just a few seconds.

Cheetahs are best known for living in the grasslands of East Africa , in vast national parks like the Serengeti or Masai Mara. However, cheetahs can range throughout any open country, from savannah to scrubland to desert, wherever there is adequate prey for them to survive. Today the Southwestern African country of Namibia is home to one of the largest populations of cheetah in all of Africa
