Ingredients1kg soft white cheese6 tablespoons flour4 eggs8 tablespoons sugar1 lemon
FirstHeat the oven to 225º (mark 8).
NextMix the eggs and soft white cheese in a big bowl.
ThenAdd the sugar and the flour. Mix well. Add the lemon juice.
FinallyPour the mixture into a round greased cake tin. Cook for 45 minutes. Leave to cool.
