expectedtoremainonthesquadfortheentire2017-2018All-StarSeason.

YouwillberequiredtopayyourmonthlyAll-Startuitionof$270(Regular)or$200(Prep)bybankdraftonthe1stor15thofeachmonthfromMay2017-January2018(Prep)orApril2018(Regular).AttachedyouwillseeanauthorizationforBankAccountDraft.Thisformmustbeturnedinattryouts.YourAll-StartuitioncoverstuitionfromMay2017–January2018(Prep–onetumblingclass,onesquadclass)orApril2018(Regular–twotumblingclassesandonesquadclasssummer,two

squadclassesandonetumblingclassfall/spring).Itis$30morepermonthtotakeanadditionalclass.Wewillofferanunlimitedtumblingpackageforanadditional$130permonth.Ifyourchildisonaregularsquad,aonetimefeeof$100isduetocoveradditionalcompetitionentryfees.Thiswillneedtobepaidtothegymthe

9. ParentsandAthletes:Pleaseunderstandthatifatanytimeduringthecompetitionseasonyouarenotperformingtherequiredskillsforyourlevelteam,youmayberemovedfromyourcurrentteamatyourcoachesdiscretion.

14. Athletesandparentswillberequiredtogivewrittenconsentfromdoctorsforillnesses,sicknessesorinjuriesfornon-participationduringpractices.


15. Athletesandparents:IfyouareremovedfromasquadorleaveCheerTexasforanyreasonduringyour12monthcontract,youwillforfeitallfundsthathavebeenpaidalreadytoCheerTexas.Tuitionfortheremainingmonthswillbedrafteduntilyourcontractisup.Failuretodosowillresultinbeingturnedovertocollection.

Billing

All-Startuitionisdrafteddirectlyfromyourcheckingaccountonthe1storthe15thofeachmonth.Itistheparent’sresponsibilitytomakesurethatCheerTexashas

thecorrectandmostaccurateinformationonfile.Unfortunately,therewillalsobea$35feeforallNSFreturns.AllpriorfinancialobligationsmustbepaidbyApril

2017.Failuretodosowillresultinbeingturnedovertocollections.
