Two recent passport-sized color photographs, (must be less than 6 months old )of each person included in the application (any background)

Valid passport(s) or certified true copy of the passports of each person included in the application

Application fee of Rp. 1,750.000,-(for one family which includes: husband, wife and children aged 20 years old or younger - NON REFUNDABLE regardless of the outcome of your application

VAC Service Fee and courier fee (if applicable): refer to www.vfsglobal.com/newzealand/indonesia.Note: payment of a return courier fee is not required if passport is self-collected from the VAC

Evidence of funds of at least NZ$ 1,000 per month for maintenance and accommodation, or NZ$ 400 per month if your accommodation has been prepaid. In the form of bank statements, saving books or fixed deposit certificates, or

completed sponsorship form No 1025 if your visit is being sponsored by a NZ citizen /resident

Work Reference letter and leave approval from the employer or evidence of company’s ownership (for owner of a company)

Consent letter for child under 17 years old not accompanied by both parents and copy of parents’ ID cards; copy of student’s ID(if applicable)

Bukti dana minimal NZ$ 1.000 per bulan untuk biaya hidup dan akomodasi, atau NZ$ 400 per bulan jika akomodasi Anda telah dibayar di muka, dalam bentuk bank statement, buku tabungan atau sertifikat deposito, atau

formulir “Sponsorship Form No. 1025” yang telah dilengkapi dan ditandatangani oleh warga negara NZ/ resident NZ apabila kunjungan anda disponsori oleh mereka

Surat Referensi Kerja dan surat cuti dari perusahaan atau bukti kepemilikan perusahaan (untuk pemilik perusahaan)

Surat persetujuan orang tua untuk anak di bawah 17 tahun yang

bepergian tanpa disertai kedua orang tua dan fotokopi KTP kedua orang tua; fotokopi kartu pelajar(apabila berlaku)
