Cegelec’ s Challenge
As of April 1, 2014 the law of December 8, 2013 started to operate with a transition time of 6 months until 1/10/2014.
Challenge:Find a simple and digitalized solution to assure the correct attendance registration at temporary and mobile construction sites for 500 mobile workers in 4 different companies before 1/10/2014.
What Cegelec believed should be possible …
...but wasn't yet?
- Existing solution: Tracking system was installed only in parts of the fleet
- New solution: Automated solution = !!! Need of integration!!!- Price: Solution should be in proportion to the effort “saved”- Timing: Find an automated solution in a short timeframe
