Chattanooga Field TripOctober 14th – 15th

Arrive @ New Hope between 6:30 a.m. and 6:45 a.m.We will leave the school promptly @ 7:00 a.m., so

we arrive at the Tennessee Aquarium by 10:00 a.m.

Important Information• Please make sure ALL of your child’s belongings are in 1 bag

that they are capable of transporting from bus to hotel by themselves.

• NO cellphones or electronic games. • If a child would like to call home, he/she may use a

chaperone’s or teacher’s phone that night prior to lights out.

• There will be 3-4 students per room with 1 chaperone in every room. All of the rooms have a sleeper sofa to accommodate up to 5 per room.

• Students may not be alone in the room at any time. Groups should go to the room and leave the room together.

1st payment of $60 due Friday, August 21st 2nd payment of $60 due September 11th (per person - students and chaperones)

Final payment of $60 due October 2nd
