In 2015, TMF and SA established cooperation relationship. Since then, variouscooperation programs were carried out between two parties, such as publishing ofSmart City Blue Book jointly, mutual visit, mutual support for internationalconferences, etc.

Shanghai Academy (SA) is a new think tank created by the Chinese Academy ofSocial Sciences and the Shanghai Municipal People's Government. It is committed tobuilding a high-end think tank, a high-end talent training base, a high-endinternational exchange and cooperation platform and a high-end national conditionsresearch base.

“Smart City” is one of the key research program of Shanghai Academy. In thefuture, on the basis of good cooperation, Shanghai Academy will continue to be withthe TMF and carry out more extensive and in-depth strategic cooperation on smartcity research.
