The DECA Inc. meeting is required for all DECA Inc. Representatives or their designees who seek reimbursement from DECA Inc. Please assume the DECA Inc. meeting will last until 12:00 p.m.

The DECA Chartered Association Management Conference will be held at the Renaissance Nashville Hotel, 611 Commerce Street, Nashville, Tennessee. The tentative agenda is below.
An overview of the hotel areas in Nashville and discussion of the hotel lottery will replace the traditional hotel tours this year. The overview will take place in a high school division session.
DECA Inc. provides one room (three nights) for the high school division and one room (three nights) for the collegiate division for each chartered association at no cost — Wednesday, Thursday and Friday OR Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Hotels will be assigned based on the receipt of the registration form and availability. Additional people are welcome and additional room nights may be available at the following single/double rate plus tax:
$50 per attendeeThe conference registration includes the following:• conference workshops• conference activities• meal functions and

This may be taken from the allocation.

DECA will allocate $400 for each official DECA Inc. representative. Appointment or reappointment of official DECA Inc. representative will be requested in a separate communication. The DECA Inc. representative or designated alternative MUST attend the DECA Inc. meeting on Saturday, August 15, in order to claim these allocated funds. The allocation from DECA represents the total reimbursement available.
Funds will flow to the appropriate parties based on expense statements filed after the conference. All funds not utilized for the conference will revert to DECA. DECA’s travel policies will apply. DECA Inc. representatives are proportionately based on membership in each chartered association. A listing of the number of DECA Inc. representatives for each division will be published at the conclusion of the membership year.
