DESCRIPTION

Based on my experiences, this is how it goes down. This is the flow for the incidents I have been involved in here in Austin.Let me take you thru a recent crime.I called 911 in April because I had answered an ad on craigslist and the landlord was extorting me. I didn't find out til I moved in that the ad was a fraud. I already had the money order ready to pay her and she demands an extra $250. She refused to take the rent if I didn't give her this extra money. If I did not pay it, she told me I had to leave immediately. She said she would ruin me for 10 years. This equals extortion. Our written agreement clearly showed the terms of the rental agreement. She had gone to a birthday party the day before and the birthday girl had been given $250 cash. Now, she demanded the same from me. She disguised this extortion amount as additional deposit.I refused to pay her and I refused to leave. Our agreement stated a 30 day notice. She yelled and screamed and demanded I leave for a long period. She was intoxicated. I called police. She went in my furnished room and took out all the furnishings (dresser, curtains, etc). She also stole my notebook which contained my research, analysis and my investigation into my Texas Workforce Commission/Treasury case. Months of work. The police told her to evict me.The police were there when she removed the furnishings from my room. They walked up the stairs as she was leaving my room. A page from my notebook was lying at the top of the stairs by her office. She admitted to police she had read my notebook and ripped out this page.I told the police to search her office for my notebook. They refused. I was told they would file a report about my notebook. I had to call the police a short time after they left, she was destroying my food items in the kitchen. She brought people over to harm me. I called the police. She was never arrested for anything she did. She threatened to murder me and to hire someone to kill me. Not arrested. She continued to refuse to take agreed rent without added extortion.Meanwhile, Det Sanford never asked me for a description of my notebook for her investigation. She refused to investigate the extortion charge. I had the rental agreement and the written demands for the extortion amount, but I was never asked for them. Never. The landlord was attending AA. I waited for her to get to the step where she made amends. She never did. She filed a false police report claiming a neighbor stole her car. When police stopped her car, she was driving it. She didn't have insurance. Not arrested for anything. Then, she conspired with her friend to file a false police report against me. Police came and wanted to search me. This was 4-26-09 the same day I would discover the manifesto of the Twitter terrorist. After the police left, I contacted Austin police three times about her false police report. My first calls were made to Det Sandford. Her message said if she did not answer call another number. I called both numbers. Several hours later, I called nonemergency 311 to find out what to do when a false police was filed. I was told to wait for a detective to contact me.Hours later, I discovered the Twitter terrorist manifesto. That was the qualify of the information in my notebook. I wanted it back.A waited about 10 days and no call about the false police report. I emailed the detectives for the area. That was my fourth contact trying to get this false report investigated so she could be arrest for making it.Finally, I was contacted by the det who was handing the false report case. He considered the liars the victims. He was waiting for her to contact him to investigate it. He needed a complaining victim. I told him that was me. I was the victim of a false police report. This was my reputation at stake. I wanted the false report taken care of as quickly as possible. He closed case afte
