Routine Maintenance:Vacuuming any time there is

visible debris, and spotting spills with Colony or Traffic Lane.

The Life-Cycle of Carpet Care

Restorative Maintenance:Pre‐treating all areas with Traffic Lane,

followed by extraction using diluted Clear Rinse in the solution tank. This

should be done at least quarterly.
