UPDATE FROM LAKE-GEAUGA RECOVERY CENTERS

As an "essential service" as defined by the State of Ohio, we have remained open and have been taking proactive steps to keep our clients and staff safe while serving the needs of our community by continuing to clean and sanitize our facilities and encourage staff, clients, and guests to follow appropriate personal CDC health practices to minimize the community spread of any illness or disease, including COVID-19. As part of our Phase III Return to Work plan Lake-Geauga Recovery Centers has returned to in-person group therapy which was temporarily suspended at all outpatient offices. As we return to in-person groups we’ve given careful consideration to preparation and planning for our outpatient meeting spaces as the health and safety of staff and clients remains our number one priority. At Lake-Geauga Recovery Centers we recognize that much has changed for many people and families, particularly for those in recovery, as the result of COVID-19. We know that these changes can feel overwhelming and stressful. It’s normal to feel that way but know that Lake-Geauga Recovery Centers is here to help you navigate this uncertain time and stay focused on your health and recovery. For more information about addiction services for you or a loved one, and how to have the conversation, we encourage people to call Lake-Geauga Recovery Centers at 440-255-0678 or visit us online at www.lgrc.us/services/.

HELP SUPPORT ANNUAL RIDE FOR RECOVERY

Help support the numerous programs provided to people on the path to recovery from substance use disorder or problem gambling by participating in our 4th Annual Ride for Recovery through the beautiful, rolling hillsides of pastoral Geauga County on Sunday, August 30th. All proceeds help support Lake-Geauga Recovery Centers programs and services for adults whose lives have been affected by their own or another’s use of alcohol, drugs, problem gambling or mental illness. Riders choose from three route options ranging from 62, 30 or 15 miles.
