Our Speaker
Martin Myers has been employed by Cummins Power Generation for 15 years and
is currently its "Master Black Belt (MBB), responsible for conducting DFSS training
within the company. Prior to his MBB position, he was the Director of Metallurgical
Engineering at Cummins Technical Center. While an engineer he worked in the
metallurgical Engineering area at the Technical Center, concentrating his research
on R&D and Government projects, as well as providing product support and support
to new platform teams. He is the co-author of several US patents. His academic
achievements include: BSc, MSc and PhD in Metallurgy from the University of
Manchester in England. Martin is a Professional Member of the Institute of
Materials, Minerals and Mining and a Chartered Engineer Member of SAE.
