The others in the group must guessthe name of that profession.To talk about professions in business:Have groups of students create andperform skits about a mail carrier whomust deliver mail to an office where all ofthe employees are named either JuanSánchez or Juanita Sánchez. One studentplays the office manager and must explainwho each person is by stating theirprofession.To talk about professions in the arts: Saythe names of well-known people in thearts and have students tell you whetherthey are artists, writers, or painters. To talk about professions in law andpolitics and about the future: Havestudents write game show-style cluesabout words to talk about professions inlaw and politics and about the future. Usetheir clues to quiz the entire class.
