    The Occup:ational Safety and Health (Safety and

    officer to resolve matLers pertaining to the safety andhealth at their workplace.

    Workplaces that require the services of SHO:,$ Building operation: Exceeding RM 2om* Works of engineering construction: Exceeding RM 2omc Shipbuilding: Employrng rnore than 1oo workers at peak ofoperationso Gas processing or petrochemical industry : with more than 1ooworkerso Boiler or pressure vessel manufacturing activity: with rnorethan 1oo workers
