Objective of the Study

The primary purpose is to provide specific guidelines and to adopt policies of the business. Its aspects would be referring to the entire business as of the management duties and responsibilities.

Administrative Personnel

1. Manager is the one who manage the said business. Thus, he will operate the firm particularly in planning and analyzing the possible development.

2. Cashier takes charge of the cash payments.

3. Laborer this laborer / washer is responsible for cleaning and rendering the services.

Organization Policies1. Managers authority must be followed.

2. The Employee must be on time, shifting of works.3. The Employee must courteous.

4. Maintain cleanliness.

5. No work, No pay.

6. The office hour of the said business is seven days a week and 24 hours is open, and the works schedule is shifting.

7. The employee must be in uniform attire during office hours.

Qualification of the Employee Simply, provided a BIO DATA for personal informations, referral also will do and a health certificate from a municipal health office with a police clearance.
