You may use any word processing program that

supports ASCII to complete Chapter 16.

Put external media in the appropriate drive. In the example that follows a USB drive was used. Click on the underneath Import/Export File. The File name field shown CUSTOMER.CSV; the Files of type field shows Import/Export files (*.CSV).
